Spinach Salad.
1 C Spinach
4 Roma Tomatoes
1/4 C Sunflower Seeds
1/4 C feta
1/3 C blueberries
1 sliced Bell Pepper
*I added Grill Chicken/ 5 strips
*2 TBS of your favorite healthy dressing. I like Organic Roasted Red Pepper
Simple, filling, delicious lunch!
